Adam Chojnacki
President & Treasurer As an executive leader with a track record of driving growth and transformation across Fortune 500 and startup companies alike, Adam Chojnacki brings extensive experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and partnership building to his role as Board President of the Community Farm School. Adam and his wife moved to Carlisle in 2015. Embracing the town’s rural character, extensive outdoor recreation, and robust community, he serves on local trail and land stewardship committees and coaches youth soccer, while additionally supporting groups across the country helping facilitate access to activities outdoors for children. With 2 kids who have since graduated from CFS, Adam was inspired by the CFS mission and the dedication of its educators from day 1, and is energized to now help advance the vision for the school through long-term |
fiscal planning and infrastructure development. He views the school as the perfect intersection of a place to build community, encourage experiential learning, advocate for local agriculture, and develop a life-long appreciation for the outdoors among the next-generation.

Erin Rautiola
Vice President Erin Lawson Rautiola grew up outside Philadelphia, where early experiences in outdoor education sparked a lifelong appreciation for adventure, resilience, and community. After graduating from Union College, she worked in development and fundraising for Philadelphia Outward Bound School, supporting programs focused on leadership and personal growth through outdoor challenge. After moving to Boston, Erin transitioned into interior design and later founded her own residential design firm. Erin has one alumna and one current student at CFS and is deeply dedicated to its mission, which is rooted in the outdoors: experiential learning at CFS fosters personal growth, meaningful connection, and provides our youth with the skills to thrive with purpose. She lives in Carlisle with her husband, three children, and black lab. |

Andy O'Laughlin
Secretary Andy is a dad to three farm schoolers. He grew up in Carlisle, attended CCHS, and now lives in Concord. He is an attorney at an international law firm where he advises companies, boards, and individuals in commercial disputes. He has a B.A. from Tufts University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and was a visiting student at Oxford University. Andy’s pro bono work includes litigating cases to expand access to high quality education in Massachusetts. Having seen the difference CFS made for his kids, he is eager to pay it forward for the next generation of students, teachers, and community members. |

Rebecca Hagopian
Educator Representative Rebecca Hagopian has been a teacher at Community Farm School since we first opened our "doors" in 2023. Before joining CFS, she spent twelve years working as a speech and language pathologist in public elementary schools in Massachusetts and North Carolina. Rebecca is passionate about child-centered, nature-based education and loves finding meaningful ways to weave language development, communication, and literacy into the emergent curriculum of the outdoors. As both an educator and parent, she values fostering curiosity, connection, and a strong sense of community in children. |
Outside of school, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her three children as they pursue their many interests, savoring a good book and a cup of coffee, and exploring new places with her family.

Mary Liz Veling
Farm Director & Representative Mary Liz Veling has thirteen years of farming experience, with a background in organic agriculture and farm-based education. She worked as the Assistant Manager of Clark Organic Farm for nine years and continues to serve as the farm’s Flower Manager. Mary Liz helped launch Community Farm School at Clark Farm in 2023 and is also the parent of one current student and one CFS alum. |
In the fall of 2026, she will join Community Farm School as Farm Director, where she will expand hands-on farm and nature-based learning opportunities through seasonal curriculum, daily farm stewardship, greenhouse education, and community-centered programming. In her free time, Mary Liz enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her family.

Jenna Hull
Executive Director Jenna Hull is the founder and Head of School of Community Farm School. She has worked in early childhood education as both an educator and director for more than 18 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Early Literacy, with a specialization in the Reggio Emilia approach, from the University of Colorado Denver. Jenna’s work is grounded in her belief in children as capable citizens, the co-construction of curriculum, meaningful family engagement, and learning in relationship with the natural world.
