Children and families who join Community Farm School are committed to raising children rooted in the earth - with values of community, social-emotional development, sustainability, stewardship, and ecological intelligence held near and dear to all they do. The commitment to the school and the greater Clark Farm community is invaluable as we reap all the benefits of a whole-child, open-ended, inquiry-driven and nature-based approach.

After visiting our website and reading about our school, program offerings, and policies in our handbook, we encourage all prospective families schedule an in-person or virtual visit with CFS directors and educators. This information session will allow you to get a feel of the program, ask questions, and establish whether CFS is the right fit for your family.
At this point, if you feel CFS is the right fit for your child and family, you fill out our preliminary enrollment form to be entered in our admissions lottery.

All applications received by January 15th will be included in our lottery for admission entry for the fall. In order to be considered for enrollment, a $50 application fee will be due with your application (new families only). This money is non-refundable and goes towards supporting Clark Organic Farm through our student's full-year CSA share.

The order in which applications are received before the lottery is of no consequence. If openings remain after the lottery is conducted, they will be filled utilizing a waitlist or rolling admissions process, until all spots are filled.

Preference in selection is given to Clark Farm CSA members. Clark Farm is graciously inviting children, families, and educators to be a part of their vibrant community and members of the CSA will get priority in enrollment as a thank you for their continued support of Clark Farm and sustainable farming.

Siblings and alumni families will also receive preference in lottery selection.

Families will be notified shortly after January 15th of all admissions decisions and proposed schedules. To fulfill the enrollment process and secure a spot in the program, families submit a signed enrollment agreement, admissions paperwork, and tuition deposit by February 5th.

Community Farm School does not discriminate in hiring, employment, or admission practices on the basis of race, color, cultural heritage, sec, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status.

Thank you for considering CFS for your family.  We look forward to meeting you!
